Hi, I have a few diffrent steriods I'm not sure what I should take to get lean muscle and ripped. I'm 25 5'10 160lbs I 'm working out 3x's week.
I have Deca Durabolin 200mg, Winstrol pills, Oxandrin, Deppo Testosterone 200mg...
I dont want to get bloated or heavy looking what would be a good combo.
I have heard that winstrol is a ripper?
Any advice would help...
You need to do a little more research. How long have you been working out? What's your diet like? What is your workout schedule like?
I'll echo Arthur's comment and add a bit myself:
Do a bit of research first, it will give you the general background to help you frame your question a bit better.
Why those particular 'roids? Do you have them already (if you do, how much do you have) or is that all that your source can supply you with?
Finally, do you know about using Nolvadex and Clomid to reduce side effects and restore natural testosterone production after a cycle? If not, read up on that ASAP--reducing side effects and keeping gains are as critical to success as steroids themselves...
