3rd week M1T/4AD update
Started Feb. 1 with
1200mg hawthorne berry
600mg milk thistle
Training has been 8 out of 10 (got sick this week and lost three days)
Nutrition has been 8 out of 10 (ate a few meals later than scheduled)
Felt very little for first two weeks, bumped up to 20mg M1T and now I'm noticing lasting pumps, some size gain, strength increase and increased vascularity.
Psychologically, I feel a little more aggressive overall and more of a killer mentality in the gym.
No sides. My "boys" are normal, no liver pain, no lethargy. My d!ck shoots up with a hint of a sexual thought and won't go down for a while. That's it.
BTW, I'm 30 6'2" 190 8%.

oh yeah and a little nipple tenderness, but no gyno.
