Too much B6 can cause neurological damage............. 200mg is the most that should be ran by an adult.

thats not entirely true fitness...the B6 upper limit is 200 mg/day...obv. individuals vary, but generally you should not take B6 over 200mg/day...toxic levels of B6 can cause tingling in your hands, numbness in your outer extremeties(feet/hands)...i would break the pill in 2 and take half every day...if 250mg/day is causing side effects id go buy 100mg B6....

Here is some info on Vitamin B6 toxicity:

The health risk of too much vitamin B6
Too much vitamin B6 can result in nerve damage to the arms and legs. This neuropathy is usually related to high intake of vitamin B6 from supplements, and is reversible when supplementation is stopped. According to the Institute of Medicine, "Several reports show sensory neuropathy at doses lower than 500 mg per day". As previously mentioned, the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine has established an upper tolerable intake level (UL) for vitamin B6 of 100 mg per day for all adults. "As intake increases above the UL, the risk of adverse effects increases."

cool cool, ya learn new stuff every day.
i'll read more about that b-6, that's interesting...
i've read in some places to take a bunch of vitamin E a day for better gains and i've read other places where it can cause major problems over time....when i get time, i'll see if i can find the two articles not that it matters but just to show how info can be contradicted from source to source. i think one was in a Men's Health mag.
