I'm 6ft 190. done a few cycles. been working out solid for 5 years. This is the cycle i'm considering and have gotten alot of differnet opinions.
Take 125mg of DPHARM propinate 3 times a week for 7 weeks
Take 75mg of Tren 3 times a week for 6 weeks
Take 35mg of BD D-bol 6 days a weeks for 4 weeks
Clomid week 8 & 9
I was told to stagger off the d-bol first then the tren and end on only the prop.
Is this a smart cycle?? :unsure:

Whats your overall goal? prop/tren is usually for a cutting cycle. Winny or var is a nice addition to it but I would go eod with the prop/tren.
overall to bulk up
Well enth or cyp is a much better choice IMO for bulking
Week 1-10 enth 500
weeek 2-10 tren 75ed
week 1-4 dbol 35mgs ed
clomid 2 weeks out
nolva on hand
You might wanna throw in an anti e such as ldex or letro.
Enanathate give you too much water weight and you retain more off prop...plus it's cheaper...AND...i was told not to end a cycle on tren b/c of it's crash phase??Quote:

Hi Rabduce,
I like Mbaraso's cycle better for bulking and I will tell you why. It is somewhat debatable whether you really hold more water on a long acting ester but like he said with an anti-e it will be well in control. You also shouldn't automatically assume some water weight is bad since it helps increase strength and protect joints. Because of the short acting tren acetate you can end it at the same time as the enanthate with no problem. I like the longer cycle that MB has to help maximize strength gains. I also think using tren and dbol ED will help keep blood levels more consistant and therefore reduce sides and hopefully increase gains.
