i've been noticing that i'm having trouble sleeping at night and that i'm tired all day. i recently upped my test e doseage from 500mg/week to 1000mg/week and it seems like it drastically increased this side effect. i'm also taking tren at 50mg a day. i've been sleeping on my lunch break instead of doing cardio like i usually do to catch up. does the lose of sleep increase as the cycle goes on?
loss of sleep is a very common side effect for steriod users especially when your using tren.
i always get insomia on a cycle, especially tren.
I am at 50mg/ed for tren as well and cannot sleep. Also get night sweats.
sounds like you need to get a new job
melatonin will help you sleep.
melatonin, chamomile and valarian root help you sleep...

trazadone helps me sleep it hits you quick and you can wake up 3 hours later without being groggy

Its the tren. Would not use vararian it tends to leave me hungover the next day. melatonin sounds good.
