At the gym there are a few lads who take deca only and say they feel the gains, they go on it for a 6-10 week course of max 2ml per week.
i have treid to explain the downside to this, i took it first, without researching properly. they also do no pct and say they wont get side effects from this low dosage.
im trying to compile some evidence for them on here so i can show them. so has anyone got any advice or comments on taking deca alone please
