what is the max cc in pec, glute, delt???
what is the highest number of cc's you should inject into the pec, the shoulder and the glute???
i hear 2cc's glute and 1cc pec/delt
if this is true, and i'm shooting 4 cc's a week split into two shots (two times two cc's), and i'm rotating between glutes and pecs, should i shoot 2 cc's in the right glute on mon, and 1 cc in each pec on thurs-fri... and then the next week shoot 2 cc's in the left glute on mon and 1 cc in each delt on thurs-fri, then repeat????
does this make sense???
