well my delt is still swollen but i dont think as bad as yesterday, its sore but it is not warm and its not red either any suggestions now :unsure:

take a warm shower :bath: and massage the area, youll be alright, next time inject slower.
should i massage it with anything? like an icy hot or a muscle pain reliever?
when i did leg shots (never again they got so bad , and i need to drive stick) the warm shower is the best rub with rag in shower for few mins. Also instant relieve is the heating pad. Go watch tv for a hr or so and keep that things on there. Well maybe not full hours might be too long but try it. If you are a newn like me give it time. The first shots KILLED !!!! i am in my 3rd week and now i look forward to shots. It hurts for maybe a day now (muscle getting use to it) and i can still work it the next day . Good luck
