    DNP vs CLENBUTEROL

    Which is the best fat loss drug as far as retaining muscle?

    Also, I read on AR's profile on CLenbuterol that it will cause a downregulation of the androgen receptor-making steroids less effective-wtf

    I LOVE DNP !! it is the best fat burner in the world. But it is a pain in the ass..

    Dnp isnt catbolic it only burns fat. If you are obese than you should get into better shape first. I think it may strain your heart some cause my heart pounded and I was out of breath consantly for 21 days. I droppped a total of 22 pounds and 4.75 inches off my waist.

    Try to loose some on your own.. I know people that were worse than that and they had no problems.. So it is up to you.. Just do your research first. DNP is no joke..

    And buy a Good FAN... Your going to need it...

    Believe you me DNP is hell man, and if u can take the sides like i said before its worth every bit .... but at 285 thats pretty big....and at 20%bf i would lose alot on my own before trying it just IMO

    Yeah, I probably will, I already have trouble sleeping.

    So, my main concern is maintaining muscle.

    My diet would be high protein, low carb and zero fat...no cardio.

    If you do decide to run it, make sure you do plenty of research and ask plenty of questions first.

    clen is way worse on you than dnp (used correctly)

    don't judge the sides of dnp before you try it on your self, everyone is different, most people sweat like crazy at 200mg, i didn't sweat at until sleeping at 600mg, and 400mg i was fine, minus when i ate pasta, i would have to leave the resturant cuz i was uncomfortable not cuz i was sweating my nutz off. i lost 12lbs on 10 days of use. do TONS of research before using dnp though. also run a E/C/Y stack it kept me from being lethargic. good luck be safe

    wow, ive read about dnp before, didnt know it could burn just straight fat. might have to do a little research myself and lose a good 10 pounds of fat.

    What kind of cycle did you run? I'm thinking bout doing 21 days @ 200mg.

    I'm not an expert on diets, but I have been hanging around here long enough to read about how to diet in order to cut. I think you should read the cutting sticky in the diet forum. It will help you with what you need to eat...including protein, carbs and fats. They are all necessary in a cutting diet as long as they are taken at the right times and are coming from the right foods. Zero fat will not be a good idea IMO. Cardio will definitely help and will not burn muscle if you stay at your target heart rate and don't over do it as far as lenth goes.
