    Question fat stage

    anyone know how to avoid the fat stage that happens like between week 4-8 on ur test cycles? I bloat like a mofo and look fat i start to look good after week 8 thats when im big and the tren is in effect. i wanna get as massive as possible but not too fat in process...........

    never heard no have had the "Fat stage"
    get some nolva and liquidex to control water

    could it have been bcuz i didnt follow a proper diet? so while i was building muscle i was packin on excess fat? that pic in my avatar was at the end of my cycle when i was on test and tren

    yeah, high sodium will not help with keeping the bloat down. Run Nolva and Letro to keep you dry.

    so if i keep diet in check, moderately clean and maintain lots of calories, can i expect to still gain alot without adding too much bf?
