Semi-new to board, I joined at the end of last year, but computer died. I also had some health issue's (non drug related!), had to take a 2 month break. Unfortunately gained body fat form hell. But back on the road to recovery now. Lot's of great info on the board, thanks.

Yeah, I got back into lifting after long break and I am fighting the fat demon myself. It's a bitch, but I am sure you can beat it. (Probably a piece of cake compared to whatever else you were through with yotu health problems!)
