Clen and Cramping?
I have noticed lately that I have been getting cramps from my clen usage. it starts on like the first or second day of use, I have used clen many time in the past without this. i get cramps everywhere, my face, forearms, legs, calf's, pec..and so on...I have been using taurine, but Im guessing I havent been using enough,
I have been using 2x 840mg servings per day. what are some recommended dosages to help stop the cramping.

Try supplementing in some potassium bro, 300-500 mg of day, also make sure your drinking PLENTY of water.

I get 5g per day of Taurine and at least 3 gallons of water per day and I don't get any cramps.
