Synthol.. I Really Want to
Ok I tried everything to get my arms up to par but no matter what I do, they are not catching up to the rest of other muscle groups. I tried working them once a week, twice a week, go to failure, everything but nothing seems to give great results. I guess I have the worst genetics in my arms. My chest, traps, back, everything is big except my arms, they are setting at 17 1/2 and just look too small compared to my shoulders, to the point where it kinda looks weired. Anyways, I was thinking of using some synthol in my bis and tris just a little bit to get an extra inch or so. Nothing major, no abuse just an extra inch. What do you guys think? I have seen pictures of guys abusing it so I don't need to see that just one inch what do you think? I do work my legs hard too and that didn't help. Thanks.. Keep :lift:
