    Got everything I need for DNP??

    Tell me if I am missing anything that is NECESSARY. Here is what I have, planning on hitting the DNP in a week or two:

    Benadryl
    green tea
    antioxidant formula
    V8
    Tons of water!!
    alpha lipoic acid
    Vitamin E
    Vitamin C
    Multivitamin
    Milke thistle
    Fish oil
    Blueberry yogurt (antioxidants)...lots

    How much of the antioxidan t stuff should I take? (alpha lipoic, antiox. form., etc..)

    Also, what percentage of BF loss is realistic with one's first usage of DNp, I know everyone is different, but please share your BF% drops. Thanks

    ala 600mg divided into 3 doses
    vitamin e 1000mg
    vitamin c 3000mg
    I would save the milk thisle and fish oil for the pct. Also where is your glycerol??? You can get it in a healthfood store. Take 3 tablespoons in divided doses to help keep you and your muscles hydrated. I would also get some pyruvate and take 3000mg divided at least in two doses. This has some of the properties to help atp upregulation(it is also known as a weight loss supp.).
    Hope this helps you out. Stay safe by ramping up slow or stay at 200mg for your 7-10 days ( do not exceed 400mg and start on your fourth day if you go that high).

    Taurine 1 G ED, you will get bad sugar carvings most likely, this will help

    Yes and I forgot that and I would go up to 3grams (3000mg). You could also get some glutamine as well 10-20grams per day.

    Also, bump for you spound, do a quick search next time and this was also in the educational forum.

    Im trying to read up on DNP but there are so many things I've never heard of here in sweden. Maybe I know what is if someone xplain it to me.. thanx

    Where can I get the glycerol, pyruvate, and taurine at? SHould I go to GNC or something store like that? Or could I get it at walmart you think? BTW, thanks for the feedback
