T3 Question
I started my cycle which consists of:
1-12 500mg test E
7-14 anavar 50mg/day
Diet is pretty clean, carbs only in the morning, post workout, and post postworkout with clean pro/fat meals all day.. (cals below maintance)
My temp during the day test for the last few days is around 98.3 everyday
I just purchased T3, was wondering if you could answer these questions
1) How effective would it be to just run it straight through at 25mcg/day?
2) If option 1 isn't good, what would be the best possible option as far as running it?
3) Any other diet changes need to be made? or is the above fine ?
4) Any other purchases i should be looking into making if the T3 is a go?

T3 at 25mcg is imo to low. that is what your body have 'originally' .. and you want to increase the the levels of t3 in your body , right?

Correct. but i've heard of added benefits.. when dosing it low like speeding up the metabolism a bit and also increased protein synthesis

25 mcg is not enouh, probably anywhere from 100-200MCG. You can do Mallets 7 on 5 off split if you like? I'm fixin to give it a shot............This link may help....... Here Are Some T3 Threads For Research......fyi..... luck!
