    How many cc's would I need for a ok(average cycle)?

    depends on how many mgs u want to use ew, and for how long
    250 mgs=1 cc

    Where do I get the nolva? I've been to the ARR site, Can you get Nolva on that site?

    Will the nolvadex prevent water retention???
    I hate having a water face...I never have but some work out buddys of mine get the fat face.
    What can I do to limit water retention???
    nolva?

    i would go 10mg/day nolva then bump to 20mg/day for PCT
