be to lose body fat and gain/add some quality size if your cycle is good structured and your diet and training rotuine is in check? Can it get done in 10-12 weeks?

I was thinking of a cycle like this one:

Test @ 750 mgs weekly
deca @ 400 mgs weekly
Tren 70 eod
50 mgs of proviron daily
20 mgs of nolva daily
winstrol at 150 mgs weekly for last 5 or 6 weeks
anavar @ 30 mgs daily for last 5 weeks

What could I expect from this cycle? Any good gains? Can I shed fat and add size?

Sorry, I did not specify right. The winstrol would be added towards the last 5 or 6 weeks.

i would go with 50mg winni ED = 350mg weekly for the last six weeks and the anavar in the beginning if your gonna run them together. IMO

I'm kinda doing something similar. Towards the end now with winny as well. Sounds good to me.
