Homemade Fat Loss Pill
OK, after a lot of research from this site, I'm about to make my own homemade fatloss pill. I would like to hear ya'lls thoughts on it and if you would change something up. I will be taking it 3 times a day. Each cap contains:
200mg Green Tea Extracts
5mg Yohimbe HCl
150mg Acetyl L-Carnitine
and B-5 for packer
How does this look?

3 times a day? whoa bro dunno if your stimulant immune or what but me running just an eca stack twice a day is good enough for me...what time would be your last dose? The last thing you want is not being able to fall asleep till 3 in the morning...

looks pretty much like all the ingredients you would find in fat burners before the ephedra ban. Should work fine

thanks for the replies... right now Im on ECYA stack 25mg eph, 200mg caffeine, 5mg yohimbe, and 325mg asprin 3x daily. So basically im just adding a couple extra ingriedents and Im 6'3 222lbs ~10%BF now. Plus its cheap as h ell.
I think I will be able to fit it all into 1 cap, its only 910mg and I got the "00" caps, and Ive fit 900mg of trib into the "0" caps.

i've heard rumors that studies have concluded that ephedrine is a toxin to the heart muscle... just thought i'd throw that out there, don't know how true it is, but the person who told me conducted some of the studies at my school...

Usnic acid is rougher on the body than DNP . I'd leave it out. Anyways, you filled 00 caps with that trib, not 0 caps and you only got that much in there because it was so moist. A 00 cap holds 616mg of B5, which is a pretty dense powder. So, I wouldn't plan on fitting more than 600mg in each cap.

Total 620mg for each "00" cap. I took away a total of 50mg L-Carnitine a day and a total of 200mg of Taurine a day, so I could fit it all into 4 caps a day.

i was joking about the UA by the way. i just remember it being in someone else's home fat burning and thinking... ouch.
