    Homemade Fat Loss Pill

    OK, after a lot of research from this site, I'm about to make my own homemade fatloss pill. I would like to hear ya'lls thoughts on it and if you would change something up. I will be taking it 3 times a day. Each cap contains:

    25mg Ephedra
    200mg Caffeine
    200mg Green Tea Extracts
    30mg Guggulsterones
    5mg Yohimbe HCl
    150mg Acetyl L-Carnitine
    300mg Taurine
    and B-5 for packer

    How does this look?

    3 times a day? whoa bro dunno if your stimulant immune or what but me running just an eca stack twice a day is good enough for me...what time would be your last dose? The last thing you want is not being able to fall asleep till 3 in the morning...

    looks pretty much like all the ingredients you would find in fat burners before the ephedra ban. Should work fine

    I think it looks good. Why B5 for filler and not aspirin or white willow bark(turns to aspirin naturally in body)? That would give you a classic eca stack plus.

    Give him a break, that pill 3 times a day is a minimum dose IMO. Plus you have to take into account the halflife of ephedrine, twice a day will only work properly if you don't wake up until noon. I use 125mg of ephedrine while cutting, works like a charm.

    On a side note, you won't be able to get all that into one cap.

    thanks for the replies... right now Im on ECYA stack 25mg eph, 200mg caffeine, 5mg yohimbe, and 325mg asprin 3x daily. So basically im just adding a couple extra ingriedents and Im 6'3 222lbs ~10%BF now. Plus its cheap as h ell.

    I think I will be able to fit it all into 1 cap, its only 910mg and I got the "00" caps, and Ive fit 900mg of trib into the "0" caps.

    ok makes sense.... so how will I know if they will fit into 1 cap before I mix up 100g of this and 80g of that and 5g of this etc...?

    The capping machine makes 50 caps, so should i just mix up enough for 50 caps and then see if it will all fit? Then what if it all fits easily, how will I know how much filler to use? I can figure this stuff out with 1 or 2 ingredients, but Ive never done 7 before.

    i've heard rumors that studies have concluded that ephedrine is a toxin to the heart muscle... just thought i'd throw that out there, don't know how true it is, but the person who told me conducted some of the studies at my school...

    first dose around 9:00am, then 12, then 4pm. I usually go to sleep around 12:30am am but dont wake up till 9, still get 8 1/2 hours of sleep... man I love college

    Usnic acid is rougher on the body than DNP . I'd leave it out. Anyways, you filled 00 caps with that trib, not 0 caps and you only got that much in there because it was so moist. A 00 cap holds 616mg of B5, which is a pretty dense powder. So, I wouldn't plan on fitting more than 600mg in each cap.

    Looks, like I'll have to cut the doses and take 4 pills a day. That means each cap will contain: 4x a day

    19mg Ephedrine
    150mg Caffeine
    150mg Green Tea Extracts
    22.5mg Guggulsterones
    3.75mg Yohimbe HCl
    100mg Acetyl L-Carnitine
    175mg Taurine

    Total 620mg for each "00" cap. I took away a total of 50mg L-Carnitine a day and a total of 200mg of Taurine a day, so I could fit it all into 4 caps a day.

    Adding these can help even more.

    3g of L-carnitine pre workout.
    2g phosphorus + 5g creatine (optional)
    500mg L-thyrosine.

    Ill be taking those in my creatine, glutamine, arginine, taurine, phosporous, carnitine mixture before my workours. But I wont be taking any 500mg L-thyrosine, what will it do if I add that.

    Its been done before, all the ingredients are legal except for the ephedra. Most of these compounds were in the the fat burning drinks/pills before the ephedra ban, I think with the exception of guggulsterones.

    L-tyrosine is a precursor for some of your body’s CNS stimulants.

    I think he was talking about the Usnic Acid. It was Kingofmaster's diet pill that contained UA, BTW.
