well I just wanna thank you guys for all the advice on my knee injury.
turns out I have some cartalige(sp?) damage but will heal up in around
10 weeks. anyway I decided to continue my cycle and stick to mostly
upper body. I ride the bike and do very light leg days. that aside, I am growing like a f--king weed :D this is my 4th cycle and I am more impressed then ever. thanks bros
