    Insomnia and Test

    I believe it's somewhat common to get insomnia on test, and of course i'm one of those lucky people who get it bad. I find myself sleeping more at random times during the day and not at night. Basically I am just wondering what anyone does to battle this. I have tried sleeping pills, which make me drowsy for the next 2 days. Curious if there is anything that will knock me out at night, but will enable me to wake up in the morning.

    As a matter of fact, not only do i have insomnia but when i do go to sleep i wake up a few hours later screaming like a mad man. I dunno if its the test, the GH or what!

    I'm not to the screaming point yet but I may be gettin there. I was in my bed from 12 to 3:30, then I said screw it and got on the comp. Dammit I got class at 9am too.

    **** bro, ever since i started having these crazy insomniac spurts I've had to drop all my early classes or change them for a later time. Sucks...

    Ouch. Yea I planned on getting my classes done early in the morning so i'd have the rest of the day to do whatever I want. Now all my body wants to do is sit around and nap during the day.

    I might be in the same boat, but Im not sure... heres my deal...

    3rd week of deca 400/cyp500/dbol 50ED cycle

    since about a week, I've been up till almost 3am every night.. and up at 8am... I jsut cant sleep...

    I've had ambien before, but dont know where to get it now, and that stuff worked very well, without the crappy feeling the next day!

    I don't like crappy feelings the next day. Maybe thats why i stopped taking my GF's grandma's xanax.

    Try the ambien....

    When I was a tweaker, I could do a quarter by myself, drop two ambien and then I'd be asleep like a baby in twenty minutes.

    Try to avoid the daytime naps... for me the insomnia comes and goes... as long as there is no daytime naps I can get back to sleep schedule but sometimes I have to do some benedrils to give some bedtime drowseyness.

    hey bigbodyjosh...i thought the GH would help with sleeping? i'll be doing some jin soon with about 250-300mg test only cycle, i hope i won't be staring at the wall!!!

    i even found myself sneaking a smoke--AND I DON T FRIGGEN SMOKE

    im mentally cool but dam if this sleep thang ain t a bitch, i switched

    my work out to when i come home from work and so far im so friggen pooped

    i pass right out-

    if you cant sleep at night, go to the gym at 12 and then eat after it, sleep for a few hours, go to class and sleep all afternooon....

    Do you guys work out at night?..Just a thought because I hear working out in the morning is better for insomniacs..too pumped ta sleep

    I go to work at 5AM and get home @5PM i either hit the weights hard as soon as i walk in or shortly after, have dinner, play with the lil ones then crash hard, but i wake up like every 2 hours-----SUCKS

    sleep all afternoon isn t an option---big house=big morgage

    I have beaten the tren and Test Insomnia with regular melatonin use... it is OTC and I take about 1500-2000 mcg an hour before bed and it works like magic. IMO its better to try things other thank prescription drugs that are not perscribed for you... i HAD a friend who took two ambian after some coke to sleep and ended up hallucinating and slitting her wrists ... she died in the hospital that night.

    ya, not sleeping really sucks. some times 5 or 6 days will go by and I only sleep for about 3 hours. then after a few days of this s--t I crash real hard. what I forund works real well is valerian. knocks me out and I feel fine in the morning. giver a try

    Yeah, i thought GH would help me sleep too. the only thing GH is helping me sleep are my hands and arms lol

    I hate when it takes me forever to sleep and then i gotta take a huge piss in the morning when my bladder feels like its gonna explode
