Anybody can explain why too much sex is bad for your progress in the gym?
I have a feelling i'm not making sufficient gains on this cycle (dbol / test/ tren) because of sex...1-3 times per day !!!?!!! :unsure:

There's no such thing as too much sex...
No such thing as too much test. Unless each time you have sex your doing it for 2 hours with no Post-Sex meal.
I dunno man, i just don't have sex before the gym unless i'm on a heavy ass cycle and i just don't care that day. I've had days i'd bust right before the gym and train like a little girl and other days i'll bust and train like a beast. Still, i prefer no busting before the gym only after but thats JMO
I think there is a drop in test after you nut, so maybe, if while natural, you shouldnt bust before the gym. But if you are on gear, give her all you got.
but make sure to get 30 grams of protien and 60 carbs for your post sex meal.
I've heard that bustin' a nut spikes test levels. Who knows though...
Not sure, but i don't think so. If i'm not mistaken after you nut you have 45 minutes to recooperate back to your test levels or some crap. anyone else hear of this also?
Your test levels really don't drop much at all I believe. And they are regained very quick.

You are probably not eating properly which is why you're not seeing the gains you want on your cycle

God, 3 times in a day! I can't remember the last time I have had 3 times in a week!
On a side note I have read/heard that ejaculating will not alter your test levels in a significant amount.
I think it can make you fatigued from having sex, which might make your workouts seem harder, but I don't think your test levels drop that much if any.
When you ejaculate, your body releases some kind of chemicals that makes you tired, or rather not a 100% awake. This is why most males after sex can fall asleep much easier or faster. The period that you stay tired for is for a short amount of time only, so it would not effect your workout later on that day/evening.

No problem with sex... if you are on gear, your esters slowly release steady supply of testosterone, no problems there. If you are not on cycle now, the stimulation of sex in the long run increases your overall testosterone levels so its a good thing although for a short period of time after sex your testosterone levels will temporarily drop a little. Its all insignificant to your progress in the gym. On the other hand anticipation of sex, like you know your girlfriend is going to give it to you later, or getting stimulated by looking at porn, etc can all elevate your natural testosterone levels.Quote:
