    Arrow is this possible ?

I buddy of mine gained 100lbs in 3 years (no joke) he went from 167 as a freshman in college, to 270 as a junior, hes 5-9, 16% bf. Hes benching 440x 3, and squating 575x1, hes got decent form on both...he swears he is 100% natural, is this likely...or even possible at 21 years old? The kid is a house. and his rents are small as hell (hes moms a big women), so i dont think hes got amazing genetics.

    100lbs in 2 years w/o lots of fat??? hmm......NO

    i weigh just over that and i'm 6'6" w/ 12%

i know a guy @ 280lbs who is 5'9"-5'10" who is natural but he is also

    a) pretty fat ~ 21%
    b) been at it a LONG time.

at 5'9" i hear most guys say they hit a sticking point @ around 200-210# that requires "help" to get past.

not a chance. its hard to gain100bs period. at 21 in 3 years. think about that really hard..... ron coleman gained 70lbs of muscle from1992 to 2004. and that is incredible gains if you look at the pictures. 100lbs with not that much fat in 3 years ..... i hate to say it but BS.

Of which about 70 pounds was muscle but no i was not natural.
Just grew quickly and was extremely dedicated from the very beginning and did not wait long before i started AAS.

Natural from 195 - 215 in a year and I have really good genetics. Thats 20lbs of muscle that probally was 90% good muscle mass. I would say no way he could gain 100 lbs (Muscle) in 3 years without using. It would be very unusual, like 1 in 100,000 people might be able to do that.
