    workout out on gear

    takin test and deca , somebody told me i should be lifting twice a day, same body part, doesnt make sense to me, but is this true ? or more sets ?

    No once a day is ok. Just make sure that you lift heavy. Just because ur on the juice doesn't mean that you can drag ass in the gym. Work real hard and you will see some good gains bro! Try throwing in some winny to your cycle.

    Why is that? The only reason I told him that is cause I did it and It worked out great for me. I would never tell someone something if I did not know for sure that it worked.

    theres no point to work out twice in a day...your muscles need time to heal from lifting...you know muscles grow when your resting, not cuz your spending 5 hours in the gym all day

    that makes no sense.
    juice or no juice,your muscles need time to recover and pushig yourself to the limit can only cause to hurt yourself

    just keep eating, i sometimes do twice a day when i'm cutting, but i do cardio in the morning and lift in the afternoon

    training same group 2x a day => overtraining => injury or hindering gains. dont do it.
