How Important is B6 while on cycle???

do i need to take 100-200 mg of b6 a day while on my cycle???

if so, why???

the toxicity for b6 is 100 mg, so i'm wondering why it is reco'd to take twice that while on a cycle??????? :unsure:

anything over 200mg a day for a adult could be toxic and cause neurological problems. You can either use B6, Dostinex, or even Letro to help with prolactin levels. Letro is an anti-e but it stops almost to all estrogen which will keep prolatin away as well.
