got a quick ? about this. how much do you usually take post workout? i read to take around 100 grams of dextrose and somewhere around 50g of protein. do you know the measurements on the dextrose as far as how much is equal to 100 or so grams??

i take 80g of dex pwo along with glutamine then 15 min later i drink 50g of whey. as far as measuring out dex it all depends on wut kind u get, its all measured different. mine is 20g/tablespoon.
