My buddy is trying to get shreded . any advise?
yeah.....research!
diet and cardio in the mean time!
3x per week cardio for 30 minutes, lower calorie intake, higher protein intake. that s about it.
oh and don't forget to bring this with you wherever you go . .
already doing that my bro or has cycled before what i really need to know is should he take winne or tren. a

First of all, go to www.abcbodybuilding.com, that website will put your workouts and diet in check. Second, stop being such a wuss and drop this "buddy" front, its pretty **** obvious its you. Third, stick to this site for a month, read the educational threads and all the FAQs, also try to keep tabs on what senior members are posting, sometimes they throw down gold and nobody even notices. After a month of working out properly, proper nutrition, and a good foundation of knowledge gained from this website, your "buddy" should be ready to get shredded.

why do ppl always say "my buddy"? its usually them anyway. and to get shredded just do 45mins cardio 5times a week on an empty stomach, lower calories and carbs while keeping protein intake at 1gram per pound of bodyweight. also if u like, you can run an ECA stack. but anyway, do your research bro, read up on the forums.
Do an hour of cardio everyday, first thing in the morning...
