Well if you call inhaling smoke beneficial. Not that it'll kill you but no real positive side when it comes to muscle growth.
It DOES have benefits, the appetite increase is amazing. I don't care what anyone says, it helps a lot.

I dont think it helps with appetite...as you dont eat thre right foods . I find it easy to control the muchies though .

The truth is, I'm a personal trainer (like probably 1/2 of everyone on this board) and I smoke after the gym if I work out at night. It's effects are really null in terms of it 'killing' muscle mass or any of that hoopla. It actually has a ton of Amino Acids in it and is great to calm the nerves.
Getting to sleep when on cycle can be a bytch, and we all know how important that full 8 hours is. I personally smoke to knock myself out. A bowl coupled with a few tabs of melatonin and your good as gone. Also, it helps to lower your BP, and Body Temp. which helps when putting you to sleep...
If you ask me, it adds more good than bad -- by FAR. Just as long as it's done in moderation and at the right time of the day, ie, at night.
Make it count.

Can someone tell me how inhaling carbon monoxide and Co2 is GOOD for muscle growth??? Fine it might be good for increasing the appetite and bulking up but in no way is it good for delivering oxygen to growing muscles!!!

Hey, man...I'm not bashing anyone for doing recreational chemicles...I'm just giving a reference point for everyone wondering what 16 years of smoking up may produce, muscle-wise.
As a reference, I didn't smoke (or even drink) until 22, and I carried more muscle and less fat than him, when I was still in college. I started drinking and engaging in other adventures after college, and after I had played multiple years of elite-level rugby.
Its all good, in moderation. SO is using the search key....
