Can I have your opinion on my cycle
3rd Cycle -- 6'1 -- 175 pounds -- 7% BF -- 21 Years
Cycle Goals: Upto 190 in 4 weeks, and hold at 7% BF through rest of cycle.
Week 1-4: 40mg dBol
Week 1-10: 600mg EQ
Week 1-10: 250mg ICN
Week 1-10: 200mg Prop
Week 14: 4,000 IU HCG & Post Cycle Pyramid Tabs & Start of dBol Bridge
Obviously not including post cycle. Might run it out to 16 weeks then bridge with 10mg dBol in the AM, really want to stay below 200 pounds though. Last cycle I shot all the way up to 215, and that's just too much weight, too quick, for my points.
What do you think?

If you don't want the water weight then try using an anti e, and or drop the dbol .
Evaluate your diet...If you wanna stay under a certain weight then eat cleaner...

Your goal is to gain 15lbs...with roughly 14lbs of it being muscle, and just over 1lb of fat being gained.
To achieve that, you are running 1,330mgs/week of gear.
I don't think a 14lb gain in muscle really requires 1,330mgs/week of anabolics.

IMO you should replace the DBOl with a Trenbolone ...like Tren A, Tren E, or Parabolan , i think it will work much better to help you achieve your goals

Wurd, might be a lot of year your right. Gunna drop the dBol
I was about 215 at the end of my last cycle, 11-1% BF though. Diet wasn't in check 100%. Im 175 now a year off the gear, been doing a year of cardo, running/swimming that type of thing. Purposely dropped to 175 for health reasons.
