How often do I inject Deca when stacking with Sust and dbol?

I am 21 years old 5'11 180 lbs with 7% bf and I am about to do my second cycle my first was just Test Prop where I kept about 8 lbs of my gains.

My 2nd cycle is

Sust 250 mg EOD for 10 weeks
Dbol 30 mg ED for 5 weeks

The question is I am doing Deca at 400 mg/ week for 8 weeks, how often do I shoot that?

I know I didn't invclude my Anti E's and all but I am taking them to.

i done two shots a week along with enthanate in the same pin

So would 200 mg on Monday and Friday be sufficiant?

Shoot it twice a week mixed with the Sust shots. This will save you a few 'sticks'.
