i just saw it right now..some stupid guy who had both his legs amputated and blames it all on steroids ..they said he started taking dbol in '69..than was taking deca (3 shots a week). and for the past 17 years he talks to young kids about not using steroids, he said it caused a bloodclot in his calf and it split open and said it looked like rotten meat in there..pretty sure he mis used that ****,he went to congress sayin they need to do bla bla bla bout roids..this guy is a stupid gimp

just watched it on sportscenter, I feel sorry that the guy lost his legs. Gotta love the bias the media puts on it. Im sure being a boxer and suffering repeated blows to head and body had nothing to do with it either!!

i just saw it.
the guy abused steriods , lost 1 leg, then continued to use aas???? it was his fault.
they shoulda interviewed the DR who used to be with sox, he seems more competant.
media sucks.

He also had 2 heart attacks. Steroids do mess with your cholesterol levels and so could have caused the heart attackes and even the blood clot. This is why it's important to cycle off or atleast get tests done to make sure these kinds of things are alright.

I don't care what caused it but if you had both your legs amputated you would sure as hell want to blame something...and being that you are probably suffering severe depression you want to blame anything but yourself...its called scape goating. Just like the guy who used to post on here about his neck raises and he blames juice for being all ****ed up.
As for the media, what do you expect? They only get ratings through sensationalizing anything they can get there hands on. That is why I think anyone who volunteers for the MTV True Life, "I am a meathead on juice," is crazy.
