    Newbie intro to everyone

    Just wanted to write and introduce myself. i have been reading and researching this board for almost 2 years now, and it's by far the best i have seen. i have learned so much and am happy to join and pass on what i know also. i am 25 and have been very serious about lifting for about 6-7 years now. i built myself up over those years and have begun to train very seriously for competition. because of this board and many others i have trained with i have been able to put myself in that position. i am 6'1 238 with 9-10% bf at this point. i have done 2 cycles in about 3 years. the first consisted of test e 500 mg/ w, deca 300/w and dbol 30mg for 4 weeks along with pct and nolva. the second was similar but with EQ instead of deca. i was a collge baseball player and now have finished that and am looking into competing a little more seriously now. i started as a freshmen in college at 6'1 175lbs. good luck to everyone, keep working hard!
