    Feel like crap

    Bros,
I am in my 10th week of 500mg Test ew. Gains are good and I am happy with everything. But recently when training I get these massive headaches and shortness of breath from just regular lifting. I have had to cut my workouts short the last 2 days because I felt like I was about to pass out. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this, Test? Nuitrition?...?

    Thanks
    Peace

Thanks for the advice, I will start off by uping the H20. I train 6 days.

    Mon - Chest
    Tues - Back
    Wed - Shoulders
    TR - Tricep
    Fri - Bicep
    Sat - Legs

With abs mixed in. I train for about an hour never more than an hour and a half. We'll see how the training goes with more H2O.

    Thanks

headache and shortness of breath? yes bro those are symptoms of high bp. However, it's good to keep your bp in check on cycle anyway because often times high bp doesn't even exhibit symptoms.

I have a doctor appt tomorrow, I will have him check my BP. Thanks for the input. I am also getting over a really nasty cold which might be contributing to the lose of endurance, I had to take a week off.

I got my BP checked by the doc this morning and he said I am perfect. I am drinking tons of h20 so we will see how the workout goes.

And no I am not on letro or armid. I am on nolva and proviron .

I had a similar problem about 4 weeks into my 1st cycle. I doubled my water intake and started letro and headaches totally disappeared in about a week.

Alright I just returned from the gym and I feel 100%, I apparently was not getting enough water. I forgot to disclose the fact that I started taking creatine about 5 days ago at 20 grams a day and I guess my usual water intake wasn't high enough. But all is well now...thanks for the help!!
