    Deca

    right now i'm plannin on startin a 10 week cycle of deca . i'm just wonderin about some of the sides i should plan on and what kind of results i could expect throughout the cycle. any advice on how i should run the cycle too? my friend that i'm gettin it from took a shot once a week and put on 45lbs after 2 cycles.

    Dont do a deca only cycle! It is probably one of the worst AAS you can use alone. Do you know what "Deca dick" is, if not do a search on it at the top right of the page. What happens if you get gyno? Do you have anti e's and PCT? PCT and anti e's are a must with any cycle.

    Although your friend put on 45lbs after two cycles, that may look amazing to you. But honestly, your friend really ****ed up his body, and although he may not know it yet, he did.

    Stick around, ask questions, and use that "Search" feature we have. Read the informative stickies at the top of each section, and youll learn why we feel this way.

    After you learn more, post your age, weight, stats, and your cycle you had in mind, and we have plenty of input.

    As Consistancy said, I too would advise not to do deca only. You need some test.

    I can tell you right now most people are not goin to thing its a good idea to do deca all by its self.

    You r goin to need to PCT also. Im not sure exactly how to do it but someone will. you might also want to post some of your stats like age, weight, how long you have been working out, diet. Just an idea!

    I also have some deca but after asking the same question i have come to find out i was not even ready for a cycle. Im not even close to my natural potential. You need to get to there first. EAT EAT EAT and EAT some more food and drink alot of protein gain about 20 to 25 pounds naturally. Get strong as u can first. Just My Opinion

    i'm an ex-college pole-vaulter/javelin thrower but now i'm tryin to bulk and cut into something serious. i've already gone from 175 to 205 on just straight liftin and diet(and yes i did cut fat, not add it), and i'm 6'0 tall. any advice on what would be the best since i have not yet started. safety is important to me.

    if safety is really important to you, then why are you doing a deca cycle... I dont ever plan on using deca considering all the possible side effects.

    A simple test only cycle is what you need, like this

    wk 1-12 Test Enanthate 500mg

    10mg nolva ED (everyday) and start PCT 2 weeks after your last shot, which include clomid/nolva

    nothing wrong with deca , just not deca alone...
    and for a first cycle i would go with what Consistancy suggested.
