after all i have found a cycle i will try

Week 1-6 30mg D-bol/ed
Week 1-10 500mg Testo Enanthate /ew
Week 1-10 400mg Deca /ew

this is my first cycle ever, im 23 y, 6"4 and 189 lb.

is this ok you think? any tips for pct? i'm scared of gyno, any tips there too?

looks good, but u don't have to run dbol that long. u can run it for 4 weeks only, but then again 6 ain't that bad.

Take B6 or bromo or cabergoline for progesterone related gyno... use nolva at 10mg ED for regular gyno.

ea I lost my keys once but I found them
Looks good other than the test should be ran a week longer I personaly would drop the dbol for first cycle though

pretty much what they all said.... run the test 1 week longer and bromo and b-6 for deca gyno and nolva for test gyno. Tips for pct is just stay motivated, i like to take ECA stack during pct to keep my energy levels up. Also 4g trib ED works wonders

Nope, its a prescription medication. Google it and find out more about it that way.

The B6 route works well. Take 200MG ED for the duration of your cycle. It might be a bit hard to find the B6, but better health food stores should have it.
