Oral tren? Do you mean methyltrienolone?
You will get around 20% bioavailability orally....
So you would need to eat 250mg to get the effect of 50 injected...

They actually say 20-30% in most things I have read, but I would low-ball it due to personal accounts. You really need some form of protection from digestion to be worth oral consumption, hence the ole 17-AA.
