Keeping gains...all opinions please

Ok...figure you have a big frame...and your pretty thick....im like 5-6, 225-230, 16% bf....im still planning a cycle...most of which i have asked about on here before. Ive concluded that im going to go with 500mg/w test e, 400mg/w deca, 20mg/nolva ed. for 16 weeks. i plan on proper pct. If i dont hit major speed bumps, can you guys give me a little imput on how much i could expect to gain (obviously this is ballpark, if that) and when im done, can i keep the gains by doing the right things ? In an earlier post somebody told me i should focus on cutting up, dropping a little bf. Im more interested in mass than i am with cutting up right now...any imput would be great, thanks guys

it all depends on ur diet and training bro, its hard to say how much u will gain but i think a rough guess is 20lbs if done right, could b more could b less.

if u keep up ur diet and doa proper pct u will keep most of ur gains beside water

i would say u would gain a good 25 pounds. but u should cut down a lil bit 16% is a bit high. if u have a good pct planned out then u should keep a good amount of it. how old are u

im 25, i think i have a great diet, and train very hard and religiously for about 8 years.....i know 16% is high...but im in love with mass, i make sure i eat enough of everything....maybe go a lil too high on carbs sometimes

Never done deca but the gains I got from test/eq were more easy to keep then on test alone.

I'd say you can gain and keep around 20 pounds for a first cycle.
Tribulus and Tongkat Ali helps for PCT also. (both OTC)

I agree,your gains will probably be around 20 pounds. Although your amount of test may be a little low and maybe to avoid Deca Dick you could bump up the test to maybe 750 to avoid any complications ,but try 500mgs at first and you can always bump it up.The Deca is a good mass provider but can shut you down as well.Good Luck bro!
