What excersize saw the greatest increase in strength for you on a cycle?
what was it and what was the cycle?

Prop and Tren
Squat went up about 100 lbs for reps and max went about 150 up... I was beging to be scared of tearing a muscle.

squats and deads enanthate 500mg a week 10 weeks

test and eq, nothing to brag about,no huge strength gains, but my upright rows i got a lot stronger on

added over 100 lbs on my squat and deadlift in one of my early cycles.

no, i said early cycles. I think it was just test and dbol , probably when i was 19 or so.

Deadlifts..............hit 750 for 10.Cycle was:
Weeks 1-4 A-bombs 75mg a day
Weeks 1-16 EQ 800mg a week
Weeks 1-12 Test E 700mgs a week

im only half way threw and why squats went up 250pounds on max and there going up big time and bend is up about 80 those are the and dead lifts 90lbs up those are the biggest gains so far

Deadlift was the best exercise for me, when my Deads went up everything went up!

Not practically, it IS. In fact, the number is so huge its absolutely unbealivable, if a top powerlifter came on and said it i wouldnt believe it. I've hit 700 for 2 reps, and almost died doing it, 750 for 10 is **** near impossible.. especially on that poorly designed cycle.Quote
I agree I think that is just SLIGHTLY exaggerated!! I have see 585 for 8 and it was impressive. I have to call BS on that one.
