work out injury (kinda urgent)
hey bros, i was working out (shoulders) and now suddenly i have this pain in my left shoulder, the pain is enough to make my left arm useless and it feels very warm (the spot where the injury is).
could this be muscel damage or would that hurt like hell? (i though maybe coz im on roids i dont feel as much pain or something). right now ive put some ice on it.
does anyone know what it might be and what i should do ?
will i be able to workout anymore this week or the next ?

How did you injure it where exactly on the shoulder is it.. is it closer to the join or father in back like rotator cuff and do you do theraputic shoulder excercises at all in your routine?

.......sounds like either a muscle or tendon tear - get thee to the doc STAT and get it checked out!!

if u kan raise ur arm greater than 90degrees its prolly not a tear a tear would hurt so bad ur range of motion would be cut inhalf. its probably just a strain on the connective tissue from not being warmed up when you did the excercise .. let it rest for 2 days and eat and drink and vegitate if it still hurts .. get some pain killers and KEEP LIFTING

dont do any running or any excercising of that nature that will induce bouncing it will most likely irritate the hell outta it
