    that hurt's

    done my first injection of sustonan in my thigh god did it hurt not the injection part the next day just felt like i had a dead leg for 2 days.done my next one in my shoulder next to my tb jab no pain at all

    Everyone is different in regards to where they like injecting. Personally I HATE going into my Quads, but many people love it. My shoulders, biceps, arse work great for me. Just stay away from my darn quads. I am glad you found a place that works for you and another that doesnt. Dont be afraid to try other muscles so that you have a few good ones. Then just avoid the bad ones and your all set.
