    acne help

    I finished a tren /prop/winny cycle at the end of october of '04....and did 1 month of PCT...a week a go my shoulders and chest broke out..is it reaction from my cycle..PCT..or neither??

    lots of people break out during pct alot worse then during their cycle, im one of them......try dawn dishwashing soap it works for me

    Dawn anti-bacterial soap and a long handled shower brush (I cant come close to touching my back w/o it). It does the trick, scrub the **** out of it man.

    i used accutane at 1/4 the reccommended derm's dosage which is 80mg's/day

    I ran 20mg's a day for 2 weeks or so and it cleared me right the hell up..... the hype over accutane killing your liver is bogus in my honest opinion.

    get some b-5 (pantothenic acid) and flax oil get your efa's right. it helps alot.and the dawn really works.good luck.
