    Am I fat??????

    wll I got a bf test done today and am a little disapointed.
    14% I expected better. I am in the middle of a cycle right now.
    will the water bloat make a difference? just curious what some
    of you guys come out at. I am 5ft 8 238lbs and 14%(****)
    I wanna be at 10% by june. is this realistic?

    how old are you? 14% i wouldnt say is FAT...but def. not great.

    proper cardio and propper diet you can drop a couple of % bf by june how much is really up yo your dicipline

    also, the quicker you lose bodyfat the more muscle you will lose with it... gradual weight loss is optimal... dont tryda lose too much too fast..........

    really... if you weigh 200lbs and you gain 6lbs of water from bloat, you automatically drop 3% bodyfat

    dont worry about bodyfat on a cycle anyways... just lift heavy and eat... if you wanna lean down and tryda gain weight at the same time, walk 3 miles a day, or slowly jog for 40 mins 3 days of the week... this slow form of cardio will minimize the negative weight gain problems of doing cardio (because it is extremely slow) but it will keep your bodyfat really low and still allow you to gain weight... i haven't cycled yet, but i walk about 5 miles a day to classes and stuff and i stay really f'n lean and i eat 4-5k calories a day... just a thought...
