    I would at least wait until you get your body fat down before you start.
    It would be smart to wait a few more years, but that's all up to you...

    yea for sure lose the fat then get the size




    If i run from lets say march 1st to july with the help of clen for 6 weeks....Do you guys think i can drop a lot of fat or make it to the low 10s

    Started at 22yrs, wish I would have waited until 25yrs or so. No complications or anything, its the fact that when you start hittin the sauce you'll do it for life unless something bad happens or don't have access

    Best age to start? When you are mature enough to realize what your getting into, what it takes, and how to do it safely...........rough estimate, not before 20, with 5 quality years of working out.
