i want to know how to come back to my posts that have had replies since i last checked it? i know its in user cp, but i just cant seem to get the hang of it.

i scroll down and find them...or in user cp i think there is a link that is something like view all posts by this user
When you post in a thread you can scroll down and check instant email notification or you can subscribe. Then if you subscribe you can go to User CP and go to list subscriptions..
