Anyone do them? Pro's/con's? Other than my quads I've yet to inject anywhere else. I'm trying to find an additional spot that allows me both my hands to inject.

delts.
they can be done and as always some are painful some arent. i dont do them because of the poor circulation in ur lower extremities. u have a higher instance for blood clots that can be deadly.

injectios with one hand are no problem. chest is a good 2 hander.
but also, tris, bicepts and delts are real good
what length needle would you use on your chest?

delts you can possibly do with 2 hands. can do with 1 too.
for 2 hands just use shoulder hand to hold pin while you aspirate with opposite hand

Ive done them no problem, but due the risks they arent recommended
F**k calf injections, I did it one time and will never do it again. I was told that if you inject in your calfs, it acts like synthol. Not true at all made me sick, and couldn't walk for a couple of days. Try delts, tri's, or bi's
Quads are my favorite just move up and down a couple of inches and switch sides, It might work depending on how many shots a week your taking
