relative safety of a basic cycle
I'm talking 500 mg of test eth w/ for 10 weeks. How safe is that, if I eat right(lots of lean meats and green vegies), limit my drinking to maybe a beer or two on the weekend, and cardio 2 to 3 times per week?

Are you taking any anti estrogens? Monitoring your blood pressure? having propper blood work taken before and after your cycle?

I thought milk thistle is when you are taking orals, ie-dbol , drol

Ignorance is the difference between a safe cycle, and otherwise. Depends on how much you educated yourself on the topic, and if you are taking proper precautions such as anti-e's and pct.
