    fill in the blanks

    what stats would you guys recomend for starting a cycle?
    mine are 27/170/14-16bf%/5'9"
    mx B 260, mx Sq 400, mx Dl 750, x1rep ?

    At 170lbs how can you deadlift 750lbs and only bench 260? I can believe the bench but I'm fairly certain a 750lb deadlift would snap you in half bro, is that an estimated DL max maybe?

    I think you should compete in world strong man if you can deadlift 750 pounds with those stats. No chance you can do that much man , sorry to tell you.

    are you competing? If not why use gear? Obviously I have nothing against gear but you can put together a nice package that looks good on the beach with all the trimmings naturally, so when I look at your post your stats dont mean anything to me (no offense) but your goals and targets would mean something.

    How long have you been training, bro? Your numbers are not too bad for your size (yes, the DL typo threw me for a loop at first...). It seems to me that your best approach might be to get your diet dialed in first, make some good natural gains, then cut down before doing a cycle. At that point, probably 400-500mg of a long-ester Test would be fine for you.

    Check out the diet forum, and dial it in, bro.

    My goals are strength, and gain good lean muscle
    Those are 1 rep maxs on a good day and cant seem gain any strength,
    so I'm focusing on diet & sleep now.
    Id like to improve muscle development and overall physique also.
    I still have a higher bf% than I like, so Im wondering if there is an Ideal bf% as well as other stats (wt, strength) before I start.

    Been training about 5 years with a few breaks in between.
    I decided on going w/ Test e 500mg 10 wks +Pct. Diet is coming together.
