Does Taurine help with cramps ?
Hi
Been getting a lot of cramps lately and I remember hearing that taurine was good for them - is that right ??
Also, what other things will help with them ??
Cheers

are you using clen ?????? if so make sure you use taurine.
like Blown SC said, bananas are a real good source of potassium.
with magnessium and a huge water intake you should be ok.
if not you can step the dosage down (if using clen)

Not using Clen at the minute but will be in 2 weeks time for the first time.
Also, I eat at least 1 banana a day to help it, but lately been having 2 which has seemed to help so far.
So, I only need the Taurine when on the Clen yeah (Due to the diminishing amounts in the liver from Clen) ??
Thanks

Water for Cramps
Most of my cramping issues stem from a lack of hydration. Try to drink an additional liter or two of water. Unfortunately, most americans are partially dehydrated.
