In PCT of my M1T cycle. How long should I lay off?

I'm starting my PCT now until the end of March off a 4 week M1T/4ad cycle. When can I start my next cycle? BTW, the next one is going to be the real deal Test E 500, deca 300.

Should I lay off April and start in May or can I start April 1st? Is it really necessary to blood test HPTA activity to REALLY determine rebound? Thanks bros.

general ruel is time on = time off. so if you were on for 4 weeks plus pct
take 4 weeks plus pct tome off.
and yes blood work is the only forsure way to know

Might effect gains with real cycle I suggest going at it in May.

    Do you have insurance?

If so go get a blood test then youll know for sure its cheap and there are some places online that you can get it done without insurance for cheap. They have places to draw blood in various cities and they will email you the results.

    Non insurance around 50-60 bucks
insurance at least mine I pay 25 bucks

Thanks Bryan, I think I will wait until May. Doing some traveling in April so probably not a good idea to start in that month anyway.

I'm a dentist and can draw my own blood and send it to the lab, but just wanted to avoid it b/c I hate needles (Ironic, isn't it?).
