    dosage questions on var?

    yes...i have read the the majority of prior threads on peoples var experience, but i wanted to know is (considering the price and all), the dose that people have used to get gains in the sense of some fat loss and some some hardness. i'm 6 foot 1, 265, don't want to get bigger, or much stronger..just a little leaner...
    of course the easiest way is just to experiment...
    just curious..

    i didn't have great results off of less than 40mgs/ed - had great results of 60.

    If you are doing it alone I would do 75mg ed for 8 weeks. It wont help you "lean out" there are no fat burning properties that I know of with var. To lean out its all about your diet and the var will help you keep from burning muscle

    I agree on this, it worked amazing for me 60mg is a good starting dose..

    Didn't do shit for me for fat loss even at 80mg per day.

    Hey Giant,
    Maybe your 2.5% bf was just too low for the Var to register a significant change.

    I'm going to look up some studies and write a blurb, because this comes up way too often.

    2.5% LOL, I wish. When I ran Var I actually had some fat to burn, I was around the 13% mark pre cycle. No noticeable fat loss but let me tell you the strength and endurance was unreal.

    I may be trying it again the near future and will be able to "test" again. Perhaps it was the quality of my Var, could have been T-Bol who knows I never got it tested...

    Yea man, i agree, it would be so easy for a scammer to switch tbol for var unfortunately..

    I found that dieting and var work the best, you will keep your muscle + hardness, but thats it, I was at 60mg daily, during dieting/cardio, worked like a charm, especially around the waistline.
